Stars Academy is located in the city of Sapele, in the Delta State, Africa. This new academy is there to help those children with the passion to play football but exposed to the reality that such opportunities have not been available.

The Stars Academy has been founded by Elvis Ewruje, a player and coach from Stockton Town FC. The academy is looking for the help of the Stockton Town community to assist in the provision of any equipment that can help the children of Sapele have what we take for granted. The reality is that many of these children will be playing without the protection and equipment that is necessary. Many will turn up to play bare foot.

If you have any football equipment that is in good condition but no longer needed, then this could make a very real difference to the academy in Sapele. We are looking for spare or old football boots, football kits, training equipment, or anything that you think the academy could use (please note that Elvis will be taking this back with him on his regular trips, so nothing too massive).

A bin has been provided at Stockton Town FC as a drop-off point for your donations. Please take a look at what you have available and give these children the opportunity they deserve.
